David Finlayson Camino Africana Dani
David Finlayson Camino Africana Dani
In 2013 David Finlayson and his daughter Dani, after whom the wine is named, made their first joint venture natural sweet wine on Edgebaston using selected portions of the Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vineyards on the property.
This process continued for 5 years until there were 6 barrels to use to make a unique sweet wine. In year 5 a small amount of Muscat blanc grapes was acquired to add something extra in the flavour profile to the blend.
